Twitter Giving Users More Space For Tweets

Today the Twitter account tweeted out that media attachments like photos and videos won’t be counted in the 140 limit.

This was reported earlier in the year that Twitter was going to this. But no one knew when it was going to be rolling out, but it’s here now.

This feature of quotes and media attachments not counting toward the 140 character limit is long overdue. A lot of Twitter users were wanting this, like me. Now Twitter just needs to add @username to not counting toward the 140 limit count.
