Today Apple released an update to fix the bugs and other problems that came with iOS 8. But instead of fixing the problems iOS 8.0.1 came with more problems to users who have the iPhone 5s, 6, 6Plus and as well to other iPhone users. When people started to download the update today, after a few minutes my Twitter feed was going crazy with iPhone users who said that the fingerprint sensor feature was not working and that their network was down as well.
Before the hour I think Apple released a statement saying that they have pulled the update. So for the lucky users who updated their phones were stuck with the problem. But there is a way to fix the your phone and bring it back to iOS 8, all you have to do is connect your phone to the computer an open itunes and go to the update section.
This comes in a time when Apple was already getting attack from the media and users how their iPhone 6 and 6Plus is bending. Today they were getting attack for their update that came out with more bugs and no fixes. Now we will have to wait for iOS 8.0.2 and see if the update will really fix the bugs and not cause problems.
Now I have updated my phone to the new update that was released, I do see an effect with the battery life it is getting drain faster than before. But I will not be going back to iOS 8 because I am using a iPhone 5c and don’t have most of the features that the newer phones have.
